Common Technical Issues

Please make sure that you meet system requirements, have the game installed correctly, and have downloaded all necessary components to play the game before proceeding with any solutions:

• NET.Framework 4.7.2 or later
• DirectX Drivers
• XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0
• XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 Refresh

Make sure you are connected to the internet and the connection is not blocked by VPN, Firewall or Proxy.

If this doesn't help, try turning the game off and try again later.

Try:

1. Run the game as administrator
2. Press Ctrl+R before logging in

If this doesn't work you can try again:

1. Run the game as administrator
2. Press Ctrl+T before logging in, this will download the game updates again

This error may have multiple solutions, the error may be caused by any of the following:

• Internet connection dropped while loading the game
• You mistakenly changed one of the game files and an unhandled exception occurred during loading
• Insufficient RAM for further loading processes
• Other error

If none of this helps visit SIMT's official Discord server, but first use the search function to see if anyone else has the same problem as you! Don't forget to tell us at what % load time the game crashes.
